Legal Notice Regarding Discrepancies and Cheating in NEET 2024 Results

 Dear Mr. Singh,
I, [Your Name], a concerned citizen and stakeholder in the Indian education system, am writing this legal notice to bring to your immediate attention the significant discrepancies and instances of cheating reported in the NEET 2024 results. The integrity of the examination process is paramount, and the reported issues have severely undermined the trust of students, parents, and educational institutions in the National Testing Agency (NTA).
1. Discrepancies in Marks: Numerous reports from across India indicate discrepancies in the NEET 2024 results, including an unprecedented 67 students scoring the perfect score of 720 marks. This anomaly raises serious questions about the accuracy and fairness of the examination process.

 2. Grace Marks: There have been multiple accounts of students receiving grace marks without any clear, transparent criteria. This practice is unfair to students who have genuinely worked hard and scored within the legitimate range. The arbitrary awarding of grace marks diminishes the credibility of the examination and the efforts of deserving students.

 3. Cheating Cases: Reports from various states highlight instances of cheating and malpractice during the NEET 2024 examination. Such activities not only violate the principles of fair competition but also jeopardize the future of honest and hardworking students who rely on the integrity of the examination process to achieve their educational and career goals.

 4. Impact on Students: Students who have scored between 400 to 700 marks without the aid of grace marks or cheating have suffered greatly due to these discrepancies. Their genuine efforts and aspirations are being overshadowed by those who have unfairly benefited from these irregularities.

In light of the above points, I hereby demand the following actions from the NTA: Immediate Investigation:

Conduct a thorough and transparent investigation into the reported discrepancies and cheating cases in the NEET 2024 results. Public Clarification: Issue a public clarification regarding the criteria for awarding grace marks and the measures taken to prevent cheating during the examination.

Rectification of Results: Rectify the NEET 2024 results to ensure that only deserving students are rewarded based on their genuine performance. Strengthening Examination Protocols: Implement stricter protocols and monitoring mechanisms to prevent such issues from recurring in future examinations. Failure to address these concerns promptly and adequately will compel me to take further legal action to uphold the rights of deserving students and protect the integrity of the Indian education system. I trust that you will treat this matter with the utmost seriousness and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

 Sincerely,

 [Your Name] [Signature]

NTSE stage 2 exam full of errors

NCERT released its first answer key of NTSE stage 2 on 29-11-2021 and after 2 months it has released its updated answer key on 02 February 2022. In NTSE stage 2, MAT paper was full of errors and NCERT has faced backlash from student’s community. In revised answer key released by NCERT, there are total 13 questions whose answers have been changed by the NCERT. Among 13 questions, 10 question are there which are marked as bonus in updated answer key.

Apart from this there are 10 more questions in MAT paper which are still controversial ( 3 more seems to be bonus, rest 7 questions language not understood by experts till now ).

NCERT should be cautious while dealing in such a prestigious exam because the students are the real sufferers in this situation. When the students encounters such poorly framed questions, it waste student’s precious time in attempting the same.

Such Negligence will bring down the credibility of the prestigious NTSE exam. Hope NCERT will learn from this incident.
