I have come across instances where schools refuse to conduct this exam and deprive the students with one in a life time opportunity to appear for this exam. This is a govt exam and participation of all the schools is must as per the NCERT, however certain schools don't care about it, therefore if you come across a schools which is not promoting this exam, you can complain it to CBSE/ NCERT
