Sub: Second Appeal against NCERT under Right to Information Act.

Sir,

1. I filed an application  with  the  PIO o/o NIE (NCERT) dated 21 Aug 10  with a Rs 10 poster order  seeking  information regarding National Talent search Examination conducted by states (a copy of the letter is enclosed herewith).

2. The PIO responded within the stipulated time period of 30 days. However I was not satisfied with the reply furnished to me (Please find the copy of the reply received from NCERT enclosed here with). On 28 Sep 10 I filed first appeal to The First Appellate Authority o/o) The First Appellate Authority ,Department of Educational Measurement & Evaluation NCERT  ( Please find the copy of the first appeal enclosed here with).

3.   The first appellate replied to me vide letter dated 10 Oct 10 but I am not satisfied with the reply because in reply to my first appeal the first Appellate authority has cited the confidentiality reasons for not giving me the required information with out quoting the relevant section of the RTI

4. Therefore I request your kind intervention to instruct First appellate authority of the concerned organization to furnish the details sought by me.
