1. you can get the official answer key of NTSE, based on this if you think that any answer is wrong then you can go and challenge it in the court or appeal to NCERT.
2. You can get the copy of the ORS ( Optical response Sheet), after receiving the ORS and answer key one can total the marks if there is any discrepancy in the marks totaled by you and marks given to you by NCERT again you can go appeal
3. you dont need a RTI form for this , RTI format is given on the blog itself just copy , customize with your personal details, take the print out , send by speed post along with Rs 20 postal order ( which is available at any post office drawn in favor of Secretary , NCERT or PIO NCERT)
Why Rs 20? though the fee is rs 10, because the 10 is processing fee , additional Rs 10 for seeking information which will save time because if you send Rs 10 then NCERT will demand another sum of rupees for supplying information so it is better to send at one go , so the sought information is not delayed
