Sir,

1. I filed an application with the PIO Department of Educational Measurement & Evaluation Sri Aurobindo Marg New Delhi-110016 on 31 July 11 with a 10 poster order seeking information. (a copy of the application form is attached here with )

2. The PIO had responded by letter dated 21 Aug 2011, No. F. 4-30/2008/DEME
(A copy of the letter is enclosed herewith)
3. I have been denied information citing that the name of the PIO is not mentioned on the application. This is clear cut attempt from PIO to withhold the information by subjugating RTI.
4. I have also filled the first appeal to First appellate authority on 25 Aug 2011 ( a copy of the appeal is attached here with ) but till date I have received no reply.
4. Kindly take action Right to Information Act and instruct the First Appellate Authority to send me requisite information.

I appreciate your concern, but before taking such huge step let us wait for some more time. I don't know how, but somehow the attitude of NCERT is indicating that the Result may revise. NCERT is also testing our patience by rejecting our First RTI application. If we keep on asking information, then definitely there are chances that Result may be revised. SO KEEP ON SENDING RTI in the name of Prof. Avtar Singh. They may reject the same on one or other ground but keep on doing so. Please come on blog those who have received their rejected applications mentioning on what grounds NCERT has rejected their application and whether they have filed another one or not.

i have not been selected by just 1 number in NTSE. i have scored 148. I have got only 89 in MAT and 59 in SAT but i counted 95 in MAT and 61 in SAT according to other answer keys. i have also sent a letter to NCERT for OMR sheet, answer key, etc. but they have rejected all letters. Now what should i do??? i am very confused. Please anybody help me.

sir,

My son has attended the ntse stage -2 exam and got 148 marks.

I have a few queries:
1)what is the procedure to apply
to ncert under RTI to get the official ncert answer key and the OMR of my son?

2) to whom should i apply?

Regards,
S.Mugundan
