In a bizarre case which has come to my notice a student (Aadi Yogakar NTSE Roll No 12009178) who has qualified the NTSE in 2009 still not the scholarship . This student has been chasing the NCERT since last one year with out much result. He has completed all the formalities and wrote to NCERT many a times but no reply came till now

it is really shameful on NCERT's part. Instead of encouraging students, they've instead shown their inconcern for us scholars
