Gujarat,TamilNadu & UP lack transparency

These states have not given NTSE papers to students which clearly shows these states don't want to work in the fair way. All students are requested to use RTI to make these states more responsible towards students. Most of the states are giving paper, declaring the answer key and inviting the corrections also before the declaration of the result which is a good move.

Students of Uttar Pradesh also weren't allowed to keep the question paper.

amritsar punjab also didn't gave the question papers
