Sir, in yet another attempt to increase confusion, NCERT has published confusing instructions for NTSE 2013-14. If last year NTSE decided to create havoc by manipulating results, this year their instructions on www.ncert.nic.in for Stage 1 show that there will be two sections of MAT and SAT whereas the Rajasthan state instructions published in your blog clearly show three sections (with introduction of language).
Is there a way to move the conduct of this examination from NCERT to a more competent organization ?
Will there be interview this year? (2012-2013) i.e. for students who have given the exam in May 2013 ?
