NCERT not transparent

NCERT has not declared the marks, rank, cut off and answer key of NTSE stage 2 papers. I am getting regular complains from the parents and the students regarding this. NCERT has stopped giving replies to RTIs too. I will urge all the concerned parents to write e mail to the following e mail ids

director.ncert@nic.in,jd.ncert@nic.in,secy.ncert@nic.in,deme.ncert@nic.in, kapilsibal@hotmail.com;kapil@kapilsibal.com;ksibal@sansad.nic.in

It's too bad for NCERT if they don't reply ti RTI applications.I had also filled one, almost 3 weeks have passed and still no response from their side...
Let's see what happens as Nilesh sir has filed the application.....

I heard just now from one of my friends that they have just received reply for RTI from NCERT stating that the cutoff marks as 138. Will it be true as there were errors in the questions also?

i have not received my marks for my rti still. But then for the tough Maths question paper and errors in stage 2 questions which NCERT have accepted is 138 not high compared to last years cutoff?

I saw the NCERT answer key posted on this blog for MAT. Q No 33 for finding the angle. As per answer key Option 2 - 10 angles is correct. However the correct answer should be option 1 and as a benefit of doubt option 2 can also be given correct.

Justification for Option 1-11 angles- An angle of 180deg below the line can't be ignored. Option 2-10 angles would have been correct if question would have been for angles above the line. However the question asked was for a given figure how many angles are are there? So 180 deg angle below the line can't be ignored. Correct answer should have been 1-11angles. As a benefit of doubt NCERT should have considered Option 1 and 2 as correct.

However for Option 1 - 11 angle I got this question wrong as per NCERT answer key. This is not justified.
