Dear Sir
I would like to lodge my complain regarding result declaration of the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) stage 2. NTSE exam is conducted by DEME, NCERT for class VIII students across the India. However the way this prestigious scholarship is given to the students needs proper investigation. Lack of transparency on the part of NCERT raises doubts on the credibility of this exam.
1. The answer key is not provided by NCERT
2. Students marks and rank of the selected and non selected students are not made available in the public domain
3. Cut off for each category is not disclosed.
4. Reevaluation or access to OMR sheet is not provided by NCERT.
I expect you will look in to these issues so that students don't face this problem in the future.

yes mr.nilesh sir i was second topper in my district & was 21st in my state but now all students in my district are selected for interview except me i am confident that i can crack whole NTSE
We should not leave NCERT to conduct interview unless they disclose the marks requested under RTI act. file may be closed once the interview is over. Students who are confident of their marks and not selected this time in stage 2 should complusorily know why NCERT has not selected them.
it's now more than a week we filed RTI application. No answer from NCERT. This complaint letter is also sent by u. What do next?
