Attention all d prospective NTSE scholars the language test in 2nd stage exam is illegal as it was notified in NTSE notification. Definitely dis will be challenged in courts nd exam of 12th May'13 may be declared null & void by the courts. tell ur parents to lodge protests with NCERT nd Ministry of HRD.
