Sir,

1. I filed an application  with  the  PIO o/o Department of Educational Measurement & Evaluation
   
   Sri Aurobindo Marg New Delhi-110016 on  August  2010  with a 10 poster order  seeking  information regarding regarding response sheet of the interview conducted by NCERT (a copy of the letter is enclosed herewith)

2. The PIO had not responded within the stipulated time period of 30 days. Thereby violating section 18 (1) (c) of  Right to information act.

3. Not  responding to the application in the stipulated  time  without furnishing the  reasons to the applicant  can be treated as denial of information  under section 18 (1) (b) of Right to information Act. 
4. 
   
    Kindly take action according to the sect 20 (1) (2) of Right to Information Act and instruct the PIO to furnish the information.
