Sir,
  1. I filed an application  with  the  PIO o/o Department of Educational Measurement & Evaluation

Sri Aurobindo Marg New Delhi-110016 on  August  2010  with a 10 poster order  seeking  information regarding regarding response sheet of the interview conducted by NCERT (a copy of the letter is enclosed herewith).
  1. The PIO had responded to my RTI Filled. However i am not satisfied with the answer on the grounds mentioned in letter received from PIO.

  1. NCERT should be transparent in sharing the response sheet in order to bring the credibility to the entire process. IISc which conduct very prestigious examination KVPY also has provided the response sheet of the candidates interviewed by the panel. CIC in its various orders has also asked the organizing bodies to shares information as much as possible.
  2. Any efforts in hiding the information will be seen as an attempt to subjugate the transparency and credibility of this exam.

  3.  Kindly take action according to the sect 20 (1) (2) of Right to Information Act and instruct the PIO to furnish the information.

Thanking you,
Yours Faithfully,
