State of Madhya Pradesh has given the NTSE paper after initial refusal , thanks to RTI act. One parent from Bhopal who filled RTI for want of the paper after intimal refusal showed the copy of the Delhi High Court to Babus of SCERT which say competition papers can be accessed under RTI
