Sub: Information seeking under Right to Information Act.

Dear Sir,

I am submitting this request exercising my RIGHT TO INFORMATION to provide me following information regarding National Talent Search Examination conducted by your Department for Madhya Pradesh State on 21 Nov 2010.

1. Please provide the details of the reasons for delaying the NTSE result.
2. Please provide the paper and answer key of NTSE stage 1 paper of Madhya Pradesh State
3. Please provide the details of the corrections/ complains received by your office or came to your notice in the question papers of NTSE stage 1 of Madhya Pradesh State. Please provide the details of the corrective measures taken on it.
4. Please provide the details regarding the number of students appeared from each centre of Madhya Pradesh .

Please also find attached Rs 20/ postal order with this application towards payment seeking the information. Do let me know the required fee for want of the information under RTI.
