NCERT delays the NTSE stage 2 result

NTSE stage 2 result is delayed because of the confusion prevailing in NCERT over abolition of NTSE Interview. NCERT cancelled the interview stage very recently which was a welcome move albeit came quite late. However the NCERT is in fix now because there are so many students who are on the boarder. It has come to notice from the unconfirmed sources that there are many students on the each nos which is making the declaration of the result difficult for NCERT. According to the one approximation there seems to be around 250 students between 145 & 150.

The confusion at the NCERT level is leaving students and parents restless who visit the web site every day to check the results. At least NCERT should officially declare the dates when it is going to declare the results.

Dear sir,
This is absolutely true about NTSE examination and the trouble students and parents are feeling.
Forget I personally feel very bad about those parents & students.
I will drop my comments again after sometime, but for sure people must be feeling cheated by the way NCERT is behaving,They donot have right to do any thing behind closed and secure doors of NCERT/Govt envelope.
Thanks & wishes for such abrave note....

Does that mean all those gaining above 155 are selected??
NCERT is saying that they will declare results in the end of July . Is this true

i am losing my patience. declare the result soon..

Does that mean that all those in the region of 145 - 150 marks may not get selected?

Is there a chance that some additional criteria may be applied to filter?

in such a case, when many students are in the region of 145 -150 marks, why don't ncert increase the number of scholarships?

mat and sat marks seperately
can be taken into consideration

if many get the same totals, will everyone of them be selected or none of them will be selected????????????

I mailed ncert regarding the date of announcement of result...They replied it will be uploade in the last week of july..
I'm betting 155 marks.....does that confirm my result of getting selected..

It's not a big problem. There are various ways and means to solve this problem. Most important thing is that they must have a rational decision making power.

To NCERT,
If what you have written is true, then how come you have'nt changed the no. of scholarships mentioned in your website? Also, should'nt you be increasing the number of scholarships and decreasing the amount. For frankly, most students would rather have the scholarship with a reduced amount than no scholarship at all. Also, if this true, it can be filed as a lawsuit in court, as you are breaching the trust of students who have written the NTSE believing that there are a 1000 scholarships and wasted the better part of their last academic year studying for the NTSE.

This blog is a nest for rumour mongers. These posts are doing nothing but creating panic amongst anxious parents. And to think NCERT will have the free time to leave a comment on this blog is ridiculous. Why willl they leave a post here if they did nooy make any changes in their website? I think people shoul not waste their valuable time reading such crap.
